AC Surge Protection

A surge protector is highly recommended when operating on unstable AC supplies to avoid damage

The Vortex has been designed to operate between 110V and 240V AC, with a maximum input voltage of 264VAC.  If you believe that the fixture could be exposed to supply variations outside these operating conditions, we strongly suggest a surge protector is used to avoid damaging your device. 

If the Vortex is incorrectly connected to a 3 phase supply, it is highly likely to be damaged.

Damage from power surges or incorrect electrical connection is not covered under warranty.
